Are Court Records Public in Defiance County?

Misdemeanor Cases – Defiance Municipal Court
Misdemeanor offenses, felony preliminary hearings, and most traffic violations are handled by the Defiance Municipal Court at 665 Perry Street. Judge Troy A. Arrest Records
Arrest records in Defiance County come from the Defiance County Sheriff's Office and local law enforcement agencies. Property records in Defiance County are spread across several offices. Juvenile Division – Probate and Juvenile Court
Cases involving minors — including juvenile delinquency and unruly matters, juvenile traffic offenses, abuse and neglect proceedings, paternity actions, and child custody and support — go through the Defiance County Probate and Juvenile Court, presided over by Judge Jeffrey A.
