The Ironton Municipal Court record search offers comparable online access for cases filed in that jurisdiction.

For divorce records specifically, requesters can search the CourtView portal under Case Type and select “Dissolution” from the dropdown. Copies of divorce decrees are available through the Clerk of Courts office in person during regular business hours.

Lawrence County Family Court Records

The Lawrence County Probate Court operates as part of the combined Juvenile/Probate Court at 111 S. 4th Street, Ironton, OH 45638. Copies of public probate records are available at $0.10 per page. Certified, authenticated, or exemplified copies must be requested at least one Court Day in advance, with payment due before the copies are made. Requests to mail copies must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

As the court’s disclaimer notes, online data may reflect a delay of at least 24 hours from court action; verified information requires a direct request to the Probate Court.

Records that are confidential by law or by court order — including sealed adoption files and certain mental health commitment records — are not available to the public under any circumstances, per Local Rule 55.2. The court does not remove filings from closed probate files without a formal court order.
